Has anyone else been following the tragic events in Denver that took place back in December 2018? I was reading about the triple shooting on East Alameda Avenue that sadly took the lives of Alpha Balde and Henry Bizimana. Both were so young—Alpha was only 28 and Henry 23. I can't even begin to imagine the pain their families must be enduring. One thing that strikes me is how swiftly the police acted in apprehending Nicholas Bradley Dansby. It's reassuring to know that the Denver Police Department, with the help of other agencies, was able to identify and arrest him so quickly. In a city like Denver, where violence seemed to be on the rise that year, it's crucial that such prompt actions are taken to prevent further tragedies. My heart goes out to the families of both these young men and the injured survivor who had their lives changed forever. Has anyone heard more about the community's response to these events? It'd be comforting to know how people are coming together in the wake of this.
