Has anyone else noticed the lack of attention the media has given to the Albrook Drive case? I'm really puzzled by the silence surrounding the deaths of Moses Chaney Harris and Xzavier Collier. These boys were just teenagers with their whole lives ahead of them. To think that their families have had to go through this unimaginable loss without any leads or closure is beyond distressing.
The gun violence in Denver that summer was off the charts, but each of these cases deserves the same level of care and urgency, no matter how many occurred. Has anyone heard any updates or whispers about renewed interest or recent developments? It’s appalling to think that two young lives could be lost in such a tragic way, and yet it feels like their story's been pushed aside.
If you have any info, even the slightest lead, maybe reach out to Crime Stoppers. Those who knew Moses and Xzavier deserve answers and peace. Can't help but think how important public involvement is, every tip could be the breakthrough needed. If you were in their shoes, you’d want the same.
Hey everyone, I'm here after reading about the tragedy involving Moses Chaney Harris and Xzavier Collier. I can’t stop thinking about the impact this must have had on their families and friends. It’s been over three years, and there hasn’t been much progress in bringing the people responsible to justice. My heart goes out to the families who continue to face each day without their loved ones.
I feel compelled to ask if there's anyone who might remember something from that night, maybe something that seemed off but didn't make sense at the time. Given how young they were, it must have been truly terrifying for Moses and Xzavier. I imagine the neighborhood must still feel the weight of that morning.
I think talking about gun violence through these cases sheds light on the realities many communities face. Let’s hope that someone out there comes forward, even with the smallest piece of information, to help solve this case. It’s important to keep discussing it, both in their memory and for the safety of the community. Thoughts are with their families always.
Has anyone else looked into the neighborhood where the incident happened? From what I've read, the area around E. Albrook Dr. #2411 had seen quite a few incidents in the months leading up to July 2020. Could this have been part of a larger pattern of violence or something more isolated? It's so hard to make sense of why these young lives were cut short.
It's got to be devastating for the families, not only dealing with their unimaginable loss but also the frustration of so many questions left unanswered. I wish there was more that could be done to put an end to the violence that affects too many communities. My heart goes out to everyone touched by this tragedy—two lives lost far too soon, and it must be unbearable for their loved ones waiting for some kind of justice or closure.
If anyone local has noticed any changes in the neighborhood or heard anything since this happened, it would be helpful to share here. Anything could potentially aid investigators and possibly prevent more tragedies from occurring.
