I was going through some old footage from the "Music Meets the World" event in Denver a few years back, and guess who popped up? Lewis Garcia, looking so alive and full of energy, singing his heart out. It's just incredibly surreal to think that someone with such a zest for life met such a tragic end at the La Vista Motel. It's disheartening that we're still waiting for answers two years later. Watching him perform, you can tell how much music meant to him, and I can only imagine how much joy he brought to those around him. For us who once witnessed his spirit firsthand, it feels surreal not having any leads. Sending strength to his family as they wait for justice. If anyone remembers seeing Lewis or knows anything from that time, please reach out to the authorities. Let's not let this case grow cold.
Has anyone else noticed how quiet things have been regarding any potential witnesses at the La Vista Motel on the night Lewis Garcia was killed? It’s so hard to believe that nobody saw or heard anything, especially with the busy nature of that area. It's frustrating to think that someone, somewhere, might have seen something that could give the Garcia family some peace. I can't imagine what his loved ones are enduring right now. If you know anything, even the smallest detail, don't hesitate to reach out to Crime Stoppers. This family deserves answers and Lewis's young son, Landan, deserves to know that justice is being sought for his dad. Keeping the Garcia family in my thoughts as this investigation continues.
I just can't stop thinking about Lewis's little boy, Landan. It breaks my heart to know he's growing up without his dad. I've been following the progress of the case, and it frustrates me that there are still no leads. If anyone out there saw anything on East Colfax that night or even heard something relevant, please, please come forward. It's not just about the reward—it's about giving Lewis's family, and especially Landan, the peace they deserve. Growing up without answers must be incredibly hard for them. Let's keep talking about this and spread the word in hopes someone comes forward with valuable info. Love and strength to you, Lewis and family.
