Hey everyone,
I've been following the case of Candice Lynn Beavers, who was sadly killed in a drive-by shooting in Aurora, CO, back in September 2021. I can't help but feel for her family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. While digging into this case, I've noticed that the Hoffman Heights neighborhood has had its share of violent incidents lately. I'm curious if anyone here, familiar with the area, has noticed whether the police or community groups have started any initiatives to address this broader pattern of violence? It must be so hard to feel safe after such a tragedy, and it's frustrating to see suspect information is still lacking. Hoping for some justice and peace for Candice and her loved ones. Stay safe, everyone.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been following Candice Lynn Beavers' case, and it’s just so disturbing to see another incident of senseless gun violence. What really struck me is how this drive-by happened right in her neighborhood. It makes me think about how terrifying it must be for the community in Hoffman Heights. People are often too afraid to come forward with what they know, fearing retribution or just feeling helpless against the tide of violence.
If you live in an area affected by something similar, how does the community come together to support one another? I’ve heard of neighborhood watches and community forums, but do those really help? My heart goes out to Candice's friends and family. It’s deeply upsetting that so many cases like hers remain unsolved. If only there was more we could do to get answers and make our streets safer. Let’s keep discussing ways to support those affected.
Hoping for justice and peace for Candice.
Stay safe,

I've been following Candice Lynn Beavers’ case and it just doesn't sit right with me that there's so little information out there. It's been over two years since she was killed in that drive-by shooting. I can't even begin to imagine what her family and friends are going through, not having any answers or knowing who is responsible. The Hoffman Heights neighborhood has had its struggles with violence, but you’d think by now, there would be some leads or updates from the police.
I hope those who knew her are finding some support and comfort from the community. Holding onto hope that justice will eventually prevail and provide some closure for Candice’s loved ones. It feels like she’s been forgotten by the system, and that’s just so frustrating. If anyone has new info or any way to help push the investigation forward, please share.
