I've been following the case of David Ibanez's tragic death, and what stands out to me is how something like a car meet, which should have been a fun outing among friends, turned into such a nightmare. It's a painful reminder of how quickly life can change. I can't even begin to imagine what David's friends are going through, knowing they were there during such an awful moment. It's important to keep these discussions going about responsible gun ownership and making sure everyone, especially young adults, understands the weight of these responsibilities. My heart goes out to David's family and friends. They shouldn’t have to deal with such a loss, especially one that's so preventable. Let's hope we can all learn from this and push for some real change in gun safety education. Sending lots of strength and support to everyone impacted by this tragedy.
