I'm really struggling to wrap my head around how this investigation was conducted. It's unbelievable they could miss something as crucial as Tanner's presence in the house for a whole day. It makes me wonder how thorough the initial search of their home actually was. Did they even go into Tanner's room? This just doesn't add up. And Bill, with such a serious traumatic brain injury, his perspective or account of what happened might not be entirely reliable, so why wasn't there a more detailed follow-up? I can't imagine the heartache the family must be going through, dealing with such tragic losses while facing so many unanswered questions. I hope Darlene and Tanner’s family get the clarity and justice they deserve. These kinds of oversights can’t keep happening, especially in situations involving lives lost so tragically.
