Does anyone else find it strange that there hasn't been more information released about Sammy Piñon Jr.'s arrest? It's just a bit unsettling that details are so scarce. I can't even imagine what Thomas May's family went through during that time, not knowing all the specifics of how the arrest went down. If anyone here knows more about how these processes usually work, could you shed some light on it? It's just nagging at me that we have such an important piece of the puzzle missing regarding how they caught the guy responsible for taking Thomas away from his loved ones. I sincerely hope there's more transparency moving forward, especially for the sake of Thomas's family. Thinking of them and the immense grief they must have felt—and continue to feel.
Hi everyone,
I've been following the case of Thomas J. May's murder and just can't stop thinking about the impact on his family. Being shot five times is just unimaginable, and my heart goes out to Leonard and Pam May, who have to live with this painful reality. From what I've read, it seems like they sought justice relentlessly for their son. It's a small comfort to know that Thomas's murderer was ultimately found guilty, but it must have been such a hard road to travel. I wonder how long it took for the family to finally feel some sense of closure after such an agonizing trial process? It makes you think about the strength that families of victims have to muster to keep pushing for justice. Anyone hear any follow-up about how they're doing now?
Hey everyone, I've been following the Thomas May case since it first happened, and something that's been on my mind is how his family must have felt during the trial. I can't even imagine the pain of sitting through all those court hearings, listening to the details of a loved one's tragic end. It's a kind of bravery and strength that not many talk about. I've read that trials can feel like going through the trauma all over again, but at the same time, it's a step towards closure, knowing that justice is being served. I truly hope the May family finds some peace moving forward, and that the community continues to support them during these difficult times. Anyone else have thoughts on how families cope with the aftermath of these proceedings?
