I've been following the Mascarenas case with a heavy heart and came across something that I can't stop thinking about. It's about Ian's incredible passion for learning and how he excelled in math and reading at such a young age. I keep wondering about the guidance and support he must have received from his teachers and how proud they must have been of him. Knowing he had such potential and a bright future makes this all the more difficult to process. My thoughts are with his classmates and teachers at Manzano Mesa Elementary School who are undoubtedly feeling this loss deeply. It's unimaginable to think of the void his absence must create in their lives. Sending love and strength to all who knew these wonderful kids.
