Has anyone looked into the impact of repeat offenders in Roswell? It's chilling to think that Frank Anthony Montoya Jr. was already tied to another murder case. The fact that he was out and capable of committing another crime like this is deeply concerning, not just for Robert Stotts Jr.'s family but for the entire community. These are people's lives we're talking about—loved ones who left home expecting a normal night and never returned. It makes me wonder about the judicial system's role and what can be done to prevent individuals like Montoya from being able to re-offend. Thoughts?
