Has anyone else been following the case of Darin Gonzales in Albuquerque? It's so tough to hear about someone so young losing their life this way. I can't begin to imagine what his family is going through right now.
Something I'm curious about—has anyone heard about potential surveillance footage from the area where it happened? It might be a long shot, but I know sometimes these places have cameras that could help piece together what went down. I really hope APD is looking into that if it's available. For anyone in Albuquerque, it's important to stay vigilant and share anything that might seem relevant, no matter how small. Even the smallest detail might lead to answers for Darin's family. Stay safe, everyone.
I've been following the case of Darin Gonzales since it happened, and my heart goes out to his family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. One thing that's been on my mind is the location of the incident. Aztec Rd NE isn't exactly isolated, and it's puzzling that no one has come forward with more information. It's a relatively busy area, and you’d think someone must have seen or heard something that could be helpful.
I can't help but wonder if there might be businesses or homes around there with surveillance cameras. Sometimes people don’t realize their cameras might have caught something until they’re asked, so maybe a shout-out for folks to check their footage from that day could turn up new leads.
I really hope that with enough community awareness and the outreach from APD, someone will come forward with the missing piece of the puzzle. It would be such a relief for everyone who cared for Darin to know that some measure of justice is being pursued. If anyone in the area does have information, even if it seems minor, I urge you to consider contacting Crime Stoppers. Every bit helps.
