Hey everyone, I’ve been following Rene Castillo’s case since it first happened, and something that’s been on my mind is how crucial community involvement can be. I can’t help but wonder if there’s someone out there who might hold key information that could further solidify the case against Rodolfo Villalobos Lopez. It’s so important that anyone who might have been in that area around Central and I-25 on May 20, 2022, comes forward if they saw or heard anything, no matter how insignificant it might seem. This situation is a reminder of how gun violence touches not just those directly involved but ripples through the community. It’s a painful loss, and those who loved Rene deserve to see justice served. I sincerely hope people who might know or suspect something dare to speak up. It’s heartening to see the APD's dedication, but tips and info from regular folks can sometimes break a case wide open. Let’s keep the dialogue going and support Rene’s family and friends through this. They need our collective effort as a community now more than ever. Anyone else think there might be more to the story that others in the community know about?
