I've been following Chris Carvalho's case, and one aspect that really stands out to me is the courage it must have taken for the victims' families to endure through such a prolonged and challenging legal process. It's awful to think that the perpetrators could evade justice for so long, adding another layer of distress to an already traumatic situation. The fact that so much time passed before all the individuals were held accountable is just beyond frustrating. Chris endured so much, and despite the extraordinary stress his family faced, they persisted in their fight for justice. I can't imagine the heartache they must have gone through all those years, especially with the major setback when key witnesses fled. My heart truly goes out to Chris's loved ones and all those connected to him. Their strength is something I deeply admire.
