Hello everyone, I came across Carlos Fortes Neves-Silva's case, and it's truly concerning how little information is available after all these years. One thing that's always baffled me in these situations is the silence surrounding potential witnesses. Boston is such a busy city with people everywhere. Was anyone around to see or hear anything that might help crack the case? Even the smallest detail can be monumental in investigations like this. It must be incredibly frustrating for Carlos's family and friends not to have the answers they deserve. If anyone has local insights or remembers anything from that time, it might be worth reaching out to local law enforcement. Keeping conversations going in these forums can sometimes jog memories or encourage someone to come forward. Let's hope for some justice and closure for Carlos and his loved ones.
