A 34-year-old Hispanic man, Carlos Fortes Neves-Silva, lost his life in a shooting on the night of August 12, 2016. The fatal incident took place in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, specifically in the area of 21 Algonquin Street, where he was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency services were called to the scene at approximately 11:40 p.m., but Neves-Silva was pronounced dead from his injuries.
