Hey everyone, I was reading about Mark Anthony Mayweather, Jr.'s tragic case, and my heart goes out to his family and friends. I wanted to discuss how the community’s response has been after such a terrible loss. Has there been any organized effort by local groups to address gun violence in Springfield since his murder? I’ve read in other cases that victims' families sometimes establish foundations or organize marches to raise awareness and push for change. In memory of Mark and other victims, it’d be powerful to see his community come together to make a difference.
