Hey everyone, I've been reflecting a lot on Marshawn Potts' case lately and something that's been on my mind is the community's response on Shaw Road that night. It's really powerful how quickly the neighbors stepped up—reporting the gunshots and ensuring the authorities were alerted without delay. In such a terrifying moment, it’s heartwarming to see people come together instinctively to help. It's clear that the swift actions of the neighbors played a crucial role in jump-starting the investigation. I can't even begin to imagine the impact this has had on his family and friends. Their loved one was taken away so suddenly and violently, but knowing that people cared enough to respond right away is hopefully a small comfort. If anyone else from the area has more insights or feels like discussing how the community has handled things post-incident, I'd love to hear your thoughts. I think highlighting these communal efforts could perhaps inspire more neighborhood vigilance and support systems. We all deserve to feel safe in our own homes, and that starts with looking out for one another. Sending strength to all who knew Marshawn.

Did anyone else notice how tight-knit the community on Shaw Road seemed to be from the reports? From what I understand, neighbors were pretty quick to alert the authorities the moment they heard gunshots. It makes me wonder if they might have some additional insights into what could have possibly led to such a violent act against Marshawn Potts. Were there any recent disturbances or unfamiliar faces in the neighborhood leading up to that night? My heart truly goes out to everyone affected by this tragedy. It's hard to imagine living with the constant reminder of what happened right in your own backyard. Hoping that more people come forward if they saw or heard anything that might not have been shared yet. Every little detail can make such a big difference. ??

Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Marshawn Potts from Brockton and felt compelled to share my thoughts. As someone who has lived in Massachusetts, it hits close to home. I was reading about how police initially struggled to piece things together after the tragic shooting, and it’s just so sad to think about the anxiety and fear Marshawn’s family must have felt during those months without answers. I can’t imagine the sense of justice they may feel now that there's a suspect, Normil, identified and an arrest warrant issued. It must be some relief, but also reopening the pain of the loss. It’s baffling to me how someone could flee and live while evading authorities when they're on the most wanted list. It also makes me wonder about the support this person might have been receiving to stay hidden for so long. For anyone that knew Marshawn, my heart goes out to you. I can’t stop thinking about how challenging it must be to rebuild a sense of normalcy after something so life-altering. This journey toward justice, however, could be a step towards healing. Let’s hope the legal proceedings bring the answers Marshawn’s loved ones need.
