It's always baffled me how someone like Gary Forbes could just vanish without a trace for so long, especially in a place as populated and visited as Niagara Falls. What intrigues me is his use of a white electric scooter and blue helmet. Given that he was a regular in both the U.S. and Canadian sides, I'm curious if anyone ever spotted him on surveillance footage or remembers seeing him during his last day cruising around. I mean, an electric scooter isn't exactly inconspicuous. Did anyone on either border side recall seeing him, or did the scooter and helmet just vanish along with him? It's just so odd that there weren't more sightings or leads from such a bustling area.
