I was looking into some of the aftermath details surrounding the Uncle Albert's Lounge massacre and came across something that really got to me. I've read how Andrew Lane Walker was incredibly close with his sister, and how she was almost paralyzed by grief after losing him. It's gut-wrenching to think about the ripple effect of violence - how one night can tear so many lives apart. It's moments like these I wish we could collectively pause and give a thought to the families, especially Andrew’s sister, who lost not only a sibling but a huge source of support and love. If anyone has info on any support groups or memorials that were held after the tragedy, I'd love to know more. The strength of the community during such dark times is truly important.
