Hey everyone, I've been trying to wrap my head around the news coming out of Prineville about that awful incident in 2019. It's so tough to comprehend how a family can be struck by such tragedy. My thoughts are especially with the friends and classmates of young Aiden Daniel Hight. I read that he was just 11 years old, and I can't help but wonder about the lasting impact this loss has had on those who knew him, especially the kids who probably didn't understand why their friend was suddenly gone. Has there been any talk about how the local schools handled this situation? Offering support to the children who were close to Aiden must have been a priority. I hope they received the help they needed to cope with their grief. If anyone has insights on how the community has been supporting each other since then, I'd love to hear about it.
