Has anyone else noticed the lack of media attention on Rudy Plenty Hawk’s case? I’ve been following missing persons cases for a while now, and it never ceases to surprise me how some disappearances get lots of coverage while others, like Rudy’s, don’t seem to get much at all. From what I’ve gathered, Rudy was last seen in 2017 in Billings, Montana, but since then, there’s been very minimal public updates or information shared. Given the agencies involved, including the Bureau of Indian Affairs, you’d think there would be more resources or a public push to get the word out. It makes me wonder about the systemic issues that might impact cases involving Indigenous people. I hope his family finds the answers they're desperately searching for. Maybe more awareness could spark some movement in his case. Thoughts?
