Has anyone else been following the Steven Loines case? It's baffling how someone can just disappear like that during a police pursuit. I’m curious about the digs they did in Kentucky in 2020. Did they ever release any details about why they chose those specific areas to search? I wonder if there was some credible tip that led them there. It's so strange that nothing has turned up after all these years despite the extensive searches and even a reward. If anyone has more info or theories, I’d love to hear them. This case just doesn’t add up for me.
Does anyone have any new information on the surveillance footage from the Highway 79N area when Steven Loines went missing? Curious if there were other vehicles or activity captured around the time of the police pursuit. It seems like with cameras being so prevalent now, there'd be some trail or hint, at least. I remember reading that nearby businesses had cameras, but not much has been shared about what they might have caught. Wondering if the footage could provide any leads. Even though it's been years, maybe someone who saw something back then might come forward. Thoughts?
Hi all, I was just going over some old case files and Steven Loines’ disappearance continues to puzzle me. What's bizarre is that a pursuit involving multiple law enforcement officers could end up with somebody vanishing without a trace. I've been reading through past updates and can’t help but wonder if the chaotic nature of that chase affected the initial search efforts. Could Loines have evaded capture in the haze and confusion, or maybe he got far enough into that wooded area before the search even began? The region does have its share of dense forest; with such a terrain, it might be possible to lose oneself pretty thoroughly. Has anyone dug into the specifics of the area where he was last seen? Any thoughts on the terrain and how that might have impacted the search or his ability to hide out? Curious to hear what others think!
