Steven Loines Missing Person Case

In the late summer of 2017, a 44-year-old man named Steven E. Loines vanished under distressing circumstances in Henry County, Tennessee. On August 23rd, he was a passenger in a vehicle that became the subject of a police pursuit. The chase ended abruptly when the vehicle stopped, and Loines fled into a field off of Highway 79N, just northeast of Paris, Tennessee.
