In the late autumn of 2014, concern began to grow for a 32-year-old man from Paris, Tennessee, named James R. Arnold. The last confirmed sighting of him was on December 12, 2014. On that day, officers with the Paris Police Department came across James inside a vacant house, but at that moment, they had no reason to believe he was a missing person.
