Honestly, it’s reassuring to see how quickly they responded and how dedicated they seem to be in uncovering the full story. However, it's alarming to hear that the suspect, Kermit Ivan Hammonds, was too intoxicated to be arraigned right away. I can’t help but wonder how many signs might've been missed leading up to this situation. Are substance issues a recurring theme in similar incidents within the area? It makes me think about broader implications and what's being done to prevent such tragedies before they happen. My thoughts are truly with Jerry’s loved ones during this awful time.
