I want to take a moment to talk about Aaron's incredible bravery during that tragic day. Reading that he stepped in to try and get children out of Reid's car says a lot about his character. It’s hard to imagine how terrifying that must have been, but Aaron's instinct was to protect others, even at the cost of his own safety. His actions show what a selfless person he must have been. Those kids, and the community at large, lost an amazing person who clearly cared deeply for others. My thoughts are with Aaron's family and friends as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.
