Has anyone else been following the case of Charles Edward Allen? It’s so upsetting how a promising life was cut short like this and the fact that we still don’t have any substantial leads or information. I keep thinking about his family and what they must be going through, especially during the holidays when everyone should be together.
I’ve been mulling over the possibility that someone in the area might have seen or heard something but hasn’t come forward. It was a Saturday night—there must’ve been people around or maybe someone who knows more than they realize. I just hope the community can help bring some new information to light.
It's so crucial for cases like these not to fall by the wayside. If anyone's seen any updates, please share. Charles deserves justice, and his family deserves closure.

I’ve been following the tragic case of Charles Edward Allen, who was fatally shot on December 28, 2019, in Huntington, WV, and I'm baffled by the absence of any progress in solving his murder. It’s nearing the fourth anniversary, and still no updates or arrests? That is terribly worrying.
One aspect that keeps running through my mind is the nature of the 900 block of 28th Street where it happened. It might just be a hunch, but are there any known issues with lighting or surveillance in that area? Sometimes, lack of visibility can really hinder investigations.
My heart goes out to Charles's loved ones who are undoubtedly going through unimaginable pain and frustration with the lack of answers. It must be agonizing for them to know justice hasn't been served yet.
