From what I’ve gathered, the sentencing might bring some semblance of closure, but the emotional repercussions on her friends, family, and neighbors might be felt for a long time. Sending thoughts and strength to Nancy’s loved ones and everyone in Kanawha City trying to process this terrible event. How does a community even begin to heal from something like this? Does anyone know if there have been local support initiatives or gatherings to help people grieve and move forward?
