I just came across something unsettling while reading about Arturo Pina's case. It was mentioned that Lamar Baker supposedly bragged on social media about the murder, even going so far as to post photos afterward. I can't even begin to imagine the pain and anger Arturo's friends and family must feel knowing that someone could treat his death so callously. It's a stabbing reminder of how social media is sometimes misused in the most horrifying ways. I’m really hoping that Arturo's family finds some peace and that justice leads to change. It seems like there’s a dire need to find solutions that prevent this kind of violence from happening again, not just in Chicago, but everywhere. Do you think initiatives aimed at curbing social media glorification of such crimes could help?
