Has anyone else been following the Victoria Amairani Marquina case? I just read about how they found her car abandoned in Escalon. It's strange to me that her car was discovered so far away from where she was last seen. What could have led her to Escalon in the first place? I wonder if she was meeting someone else there or if it was just part of her travels with Joshua Martinez. The fact that he fled to Mexico doesn't help his case, but then the charges were ultimately dropped, which is confusing. There must be some details law enforcement isn't sharing yet. It just breaks my soul thinking about what her family is going through, not knowing where she is or what happened to her. If anyone has information, please share. It's these little pieces that might help bring Victoria back to her family.
Does anyone else think it's strange that Victoria's car was found abandoned in Escalon on October 13? It's puzzling that she attended a college class in Sacramento on October 8, then her phone pings in San Joaquin County the following day, but her car doesn't pop up until five days later. Was the car really sitting unnoticed or unreported all that time, or did it get moved there later? Maybe someone else used it, or perhaps it was a part of some plan she had with Martinez? The timeline and the distances involved are really throwing me off. Could there have been more locations tied to her during that missing gap? I feel like every small detail matters when time and geography overlap like that. Wondering if anyone else has considered the significance of where the car was discovered versus where she was last confirmed to be.
Did anyone else find it strange how Victoria's car was found abandoned all the way in Escalon? That's quite a distance from where she was last seen in Sutter Creek. I wonder what led her or whoever had the car to leave it there. It doesn’t make much sense that someone planning to move out would just leave their car behind. Especially since it was a black Honda Accord, which is a pretty reliable car.
And what about the time period between October 8, when she attended her college class, and October 13, when the car was found? There's that mysterious phone activity in San Joaquin County too. I feel like there are so many puzzle pieces that just don’t fit together. Could she have been heading somewhere or meeting someone else after that class? It's just baffling. If anyone's from the Escalon area and remembers seeing anything unusual around October 13, it could be a vital piece of the puzzle. Here's hoping for answers soon.
