Hey everyone, I've been following Elijah Hunt’s case from December 2020, and I've been thinking a lot about how important it is for the community to come together. Elijah seemed like such an incredible person, especially with his history as a basketball player at Wartburg College. It’s really touching to see how his teammates remembered him so fondly. Just a thought—maybe more awareness about these reward programs could help. The $1,500 reward from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers is meaningful, but do people in Waterloo and surrounding areas know how they can contribute information anonymously? I wonder if spreading the word more broadly, perhaps through social media or community meetings, could make a difference. Every little bit of information could be crucial and might help bring justice for Elijah and peace to his family. It’s so important for our community to support each other during these trying times and to do what we can in memory of Elijah. Let’s keep sharing his story and the details of the case to keep the momentum going. If anyone knows of any local efforts or different strategies that have worked in similar cases, please share. We all want to see justice served and the loved ones of Elijah find some comfort knowing the community is rallying behind them. Stay safe, everyone.

Hey everyone. I've been thinking a lot about Elijah Lemont Hunt's case, especially how deeply connected he was to his community and friends from Wartburg College. It’s so tragic that such a bright and beloved person could be taken away in an instant by this senseless act of violence. I'm not from the area, but I can feel the impact his passing must’ve had on those who knew him. What really gets to me is how hard the police must be working to crack this case open, and yet we're almost three years down the line without any arrests. It makes me wonder what barriers they're facing and if there's more we, as a community, could do to help move things along. Ideas? Also, I want to remind everyone that small details matter—sometimes minor tips can lead to major breakthroughs. If you or anyone you know has the slightest bit of info, please reach out to the authorities. Keeping Elijah's family and friends in my thoughts. Stay safe, everyone.
