It strikes me as odd that Penrod claimed she was babysitting and totally unaware, yet her phone shows messages that seem to imply otherwise. I can't help but feel for Joey's family, as these details are only adding more confusion to an already devastating situation. And on top of it all, the fact that she called him her cousin makes the whole thing even more tangled.
