Wow, I just came across some old articles about the tragic case of John M. Rosenthal, and it really made me think about the human side of these horrific events. Imagine the fear and chaos these "Mad Dog Killings" must have caused back then. One small detail that sticks with me was how Detective Sam Rome managed to crack the case by following up on something as seemingly mundane as shoe size. It leaves me wondering how such minor details can shift the course of an investigation. My heart goes out to Rosenthal’s family and all the victims affected during that time. It’s hard to even begin to comprehend the loss they endured. Connecticut must have felt like a completely different place during those years of uncertainty. Anyone else have thoughts on what it was like to live through that?
