Does anyone know if the playing cards initiative has brought in any significant tips in Chester Harriott’s case? I’ve been following this case since it happened, and it's frustrating that it remains unsolved. It's so sad to think about how violent this encounter was. Chester was just letting people into a card game, a simple act at what should have been a regular night—and then this brutality. I can't imagine how hard it must be for his family, waiting all these years without answers. I'm hopeful that someone, somewhere, will speak up and help bring closure. Cases like this always remind me that even the smallest bit of information can sometimes lead to a breakthrough. Anyone else have thoughts on the effectiveness of such outreach efforts?

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Chester "Sauna" Harriott's case lately—what a terrible loss for his friends and family. I just can't wrap my head around how it all went down at a simple card game. One thing that piques my interest is the decision to use those decks of playing cards in prisons. I know similar initiatives have had some success in other states, but I wonder if anyone here knows of any instances where this tactic directly led to solving a case. It seems like such a creative yet poignant reminder of the lives still left in limbo. Also, if anyone's from the Waterbury area, how is the community reacting all these years later? Are people still talking about it, or has it kind of faded into the background? I hope someone out there remembers something that can help bring closure to Chester's family. They deserve answers. Thanks for any insights!
