I was reading about Vicki Soto and just feel so moved by her story. As a teacher myself, I can't even imagine the courage it took for her to act in the face of such terror. It's truly incredible how she thought on her feet to try and save those kids. ? Her actions seem to have inspired a number of initiatives and discussions, which is a testament to the lasting impact she has in this world. The memorials and scholarships in her name really reflect the beauty of her soul and dedication to teaching. It's these stories of bravery that remind us how important our role is as educators. It's both inspiring and humbling to be in a profession where we can impact lives, even in the darkest of times. I hope her family finds some solace in knowing how deeply she is respected and remembered by so many. Stay strong, and thank you, Vicki, for showing us what true heroism looks like. ?
