Hey everyone, I've been reflecting on how the first responders at Sandy Hook Elementary must have felt upon arriving at the scene that dreadful day. I can't even begin to imagine the range of emotions they experienced as they rushed in, trying to save lives amidst the chaos. The bravery and courage it must've taken for them to enter the school, knowing the level of danger they could face, is nothing short of heroic. Noah Pozner's story, like all the other victims', is immensely saddening, and my heart goes out to his family, who continue to live with their loss every day. The image of a community pulling together, of all those people who were trying to help in any way they could, sticks with me. Though we'll never truly comprehend what the first responders witnessed, I hope they have found the support they need to cope with such a traumatic experience. It's important to remember that it's not just the immediate families who are forever changed by such unimaginable events, but also the brave souls who step in to help. Sending strength and support to all involved as they continue their healing journey. As we continue these conversations, let’s hold onto hope for change and a future where such tragedies no longer occur. Take care, everyone.
