Was anyone else heartbroken to hear about how those poor children had to witness such a traumatic event at such a young age? I read more into the case, and it seems Kyla had filed for divorce just days before the tragedy struck. This was supposed to be a new beginning for her and the kids, but it turned so horribly tragic. I can't imagine what it must have been like for those little ones to lose both parents in one fell swoop. The oldest child, being just 4 years old, was old enough to run to their grandmother's house for help, but I'm sure all three are still too young to fully understand the gravity of what happened. I wonder if there were signs that friends or family missed leading up to this. It’s such a stark reminder of how crucial it is to take warning signs seriously, especially when mental health issues are involved. My thoughts are with Kyla's family and these children. Thanks to the community for rallying around them, but it just shouldn’t have had to come to this. It's a bitter reminder that more must be done to support those in volatile situations.
