Has anyone else been thinking about the impact of Mr. Sapone's work on the Fairfield community? I've been reading up on him, and it's so clear that he dedicated a lot of his time to local projects, like his role on the Fairfield Woods Building Committee. It's just really striking to think about how someone who seemed to be such a pillar in his community could be going through something so difficult internally. The loss must be enormous for those who worked closely with him on those town committees. I hope the town continues to honor his contributions and maybe even finds ways to keep his projects moving forward. Has anyone heard if there are plans for any kind of community memorial or something similar? Sending thoughts to his family and everyone affected.
