I've been thinking a lot about the location where Joel Suero was found. Wooding Hill Road isn't exactly bustling with activity at that hour, or any hour for that matter. It's a pretty secluded spot, surrounded by woods, which makes me wonder if that means anything in terms of the shooter’s familiarity with the area. Did they choose this spot on purpose? It’s hard to believe this was a random act by someone passing through.
Also, considering it was 4:30 a.m., was Joel there by choice? Was he meeting someone he knew? My heart goes out to his family and friends who must be reeling from the loss and trying to piece together what could have happened in such a quiet place. If anyone else has thoughts or theories about why that particular location was chosen, I'm curious to hear them. It's unsettling to think that someone could commit such a violent act in such an isolated area and still be unknown.
I've been following the case of Joel Suero, and it's truly unsettling to think about his last moments. Being shot and left on a quiet road like Wooding Hill just feels so cold and calculated. I keep thinking about the rural setting, how isolated it must have felt out there, and how that could have been a factor in the lack of witnesses. Given the steep curve and the proximity to Route 69, it might have been a place that someone familiar with the area picked purposefully. Perhaps they knew it would be deserted at that hour?
I'm hoping anyone in the community who may have seen something unusual that early morning, even if it seemed minor at the time, will come forward. It's cases like these that remind me how important every tiny detail can be. My heart goes out to Joel's loved ones—I can't imagine what they're going through right now. Let's hope there's a breakthrough soon.
