Hey everyone,
I’ve been reading up on the tragic case of William Smalls, and something's been on my mind. I stumbled on a detail about the cell phone tower records that were used in the trial. Does anyone know how accurate those records generally are? I mean, they played a big part in proving that Damond Bester was in the area when William was shot. Just thinking about how technology can be such a crucial part of these investigations.
My heart goes out to William’s family and friends. It’s so hard to wrap my head around how what started as a fender-bender could end up in such a senseless loss. I hope they find some comfort in knowing that justice was served, but it’s clear that nothing can replace the presence of a loved one.
If anyone’s got more insight into how these aspects work in trials like this, I’d love to understand better. Thanks.
