Has anyone else been following the Byfield case? It's gut-wrenching to think that it's been almost four years and still no resolution for his family. I can't stop thinking about how his mom must feel, fighting for justice all this time without any answers. The gathering on Maple Avenue right after it happened seemed to highlight just how much of an impact he had on those around him. Does anyone have any theories about what might have happened near 22 Maple Avenue? The lack of a motive has me puzzled. It's devastating that his life was taken so abruptly and we still don't know why. ?️ Hoping someone out there has information that can help bring peace to Cleveland's family and the community.

I can't stop thinking about how this case has gone unsolved for so long. It’s been nearly four years since Cleveland Byfield was shot down near 22 Maple Avenue. I walk past that street often and can’t help but feel a chill thinking about what might have happened in those early hours. What’s really unsettling is how someone can do this, take a life, and then just seemingly vanish without a trace. I've read that the neighborhood saw a gathering of family and activists right after his death, and my heart goes out to his mother, Rosemarie. Describing him as a protector really struck me—I can't imagine the pain of losing someone who was such a vital part of their lives. It’s frustrating to know that the motive is still unclear and that no one has been held accountable. Does anyone have insight or thoughts about why this case hasn't seen more progress? Maybe someone from the area has seen or heard something they didn’t realize was important?
