It's been over two years since Jonquay Terrell Morrison was senselessly taken from his loved ones, and I can't help but wonder why justice has yet to be served. I keep coming back to the fact that the police heard the shots while investigating another incident just down the road. It's chilling to think about how close they were to possibly preventing this tragedy or catching the shooters in action. My heart goes out to Jonquay’s family who are still waiting for answers. I truly hope that someone with information comes forward to help bring closure to them. With the proximity of the incidents, there must be someone who heard or saw something that night. Please, if you know anything, no matter how small, report it to the authorities. We owe it to Jonquay and his loved ones to not let his case fall into silence and stagnation.
