I've been following the Hartford case involving Leon and Charles Kelly, and it's just so tragic to hear about two brothers losing their lives in such a violent way. I can't stop thinking about how Leon was celebrating his birthday on that day. It must be incredibly painful for the family to have such a joyous occasion turn into a day of mourning and loss.
What strikes me the most is that there was a witness in the house who wasn't hurt. I've been wondering what they might have seen or heard and how it might have all gone down. It seems like a potentially crucial piece of the puzzle, especially since the suspect didn't take anything from the scene. It's haunting to imagine being there and the kind of impact it must have left on them.
I also feel there's something strange about no weapons being found. Maybe it supports the theory that the shooter planned this and fled the scene quickly? I really hope anyone who has any lead, no matter how small, contacts the authorities. This family deserves justice and answers.
