Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Hartford shooting case on Franklin Avenue and wanted to talk about the presence of the child during the incident. It’s hard to wrap my head around how quickly a dispute escalated to such a terrible outcome, and in the presence of a 4-month-old. ? My heart really goes out to the families, especially knowing that a child will grow up with this tragic history. I can't imagine the psychological impact it will have, even though they weren't physically hurt. I was thinking about the implications of this case on self-defense laws.
