Has anyone done a deep dive into Ian Gooldy's connection to the local "finder" he mentioned in one of his last conversations with his father? I'm curious if this "finder" could be a key piece of the puzzle, either for good or ill. It seems like Ian was in a pretty vulnerable position, especially since his important documents were stolen. I can't stop thinking about what kind of person this "finder" actually is. Has there been any information about others in the local community dealing with similar break-ins or is there any history of scams involving stolen documents in the Puerto Vallarta area during that time? It feels like there might be more to uncover if this "finder" had any ulterior motives or if they were genuinely trying to help. If anyone has more insight into this aspect of Ian's disappearance, I'd be really interested to hear your thoughts.
