Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Dennis Arshell III and feel compelled to discuss the tragedy of youth and unrealized potential. Dennis was so young and already pursuing journalism at St. John’s University, which makes this even more difficult to comprehend. He could have had such a huge impact on the world with his writing, and it’s a shame we’ll never get to see what he could have accomplished. Given his connection to the Chicago PD through his father, Arshell Dennis Sr., it must be an incredibly challenging time for his family. It’s hard not to think about how they must be feeling, especially since justice has yet to be served. My heart goes out to them, and I hope this post keeps the conversation going so there’s hope for answers someday. Stay safe, everyone. Let’s keep Dennis in our thoughts and continue to support efforts to solve this case. Peace and love ?
