I've been following the James Kelly case from 1978 and the more I dig, the more I feel for his family. It must be incredibly frustrating and painful not to have any clear answers after all these years. One thing that's been on my mind is the possibility of the records being lost or restricted. It was a different era, and perhaps the right steps weren't taken to preserve the details of the investigation. I wonder if there’s anyone in the Mountain Pine community or someone who worked in law enforcement back then who might have personal memories or insights to share. Sometimes, word of mouth or anecdotal evidence can lead to a breakthrough, even decades later. My heart goes out to anyone who knew James and is still searching for closure. It must be incredibly difficult to keep asking questions without receiving any answers. ?️
Hi everyone,
I've been diving into the enigmatic case of James Kelly's death in Mountain Pine back in 1978, and something that's been puzzling is the absence of coverage or records. What really stands out is how the local community might have felt during that time. A death under mysterious circumstances must have left people on edge, especially in a small town where everyone knows each other.
Does anyone have stories or memories passed down from relatives who lived in Mountain Pine during that period? Sometimes personal anecdotes can shed light on the atmosphere and any rumors that might have circulated back then. It's intriguing and saddening to think about the unanswered questions that the friends and family of James Kelly must still have. Any information, even if it's just context or local lore, would be invaluable to anyone wanting to understand this case better.
Thanks for any input!
