Has anyone else been thinking about the bravery of Shannon Wright during the Westside Middle School shooting? It's been haunting me. The fact that she used her own body to shield a student during the attack speaks volumes about her character and dedication as a teacher. Her heroic actions in those terrifying moments saved a life, but I can't help but think about her family and the immense loss they must continue to endure. Her sacrifice was one of pure selflessness, a poignant reminder of the unexpected courage ordinary people can show in horrific situations. My heart goes out to Shannon's loved ones and all the families affected by that tragic day.
