Hey everyone, I’ve been following Cedric Ginger’s case for a while now, and it breaks my heart to think about what his family has gone through. One thing I keep thinking about is the jury's failure to reach a unanimous verdict in Eric Briggs' trial. It’s endlessly frustrating to see a case linger without resolution, especially when there’s been an arrest. I can only imagine the rollercoaster of emotions for Cedric’s loved ones, having to sit through the trial and hear all the arguments, only for it to end in a hung jury. There’s this huge gap between making an arrest and actually securing a conviction, and it often feels like justice is left hanging in the balance. I know everyone's innocent until proven guilty, but I hope Cedric's family finds the closure they need soon. Have there been any updates or movements in regard to a possible retrial? Keeping Cedric’s family and the other victims in my thoughts. Stay safe out there, folks.
