I was thinking about how many years have passed since David Jackson's murder, and I feel for his family who still doesn’t have closure. Being a community member, it’s hard not to be affected by the fact that his case is still unsolved. I’m curious about the involvement of the person of interest mentioned back in 2015. Were they ever ruled out, or did the trail just go cold? It must be so tough for his family to hold onto hope year after year, especially knowing someone out there has answers. If anyone has any updates or knows something, please reach out to authorities or share here. Let's all work towards giving David's family the justice they deserve.
I came across some old articles about David Jackson's case, and it breaks my heart how a decorated Vietnam vet and former sheriff's deputy could be taken from us in such a cruel way. Given his background, one might think he had some enemies, but from what I’ve gathered, David was well-loved and respected in the community. It's hard to fathom that, even with a person of interest identified, there have been zero arrests.
Something that stood out to me was the lack of security footage or eyewitnesses due to the isolation of the area. It makes me wonder about the potential significance of those gunshots neighbors heard. Could someone in the area still hold vital information, dismissing it initially due to the hunting assumptions? With the annual gatherings his family holds, it shows the strength and dedication of those who loved him, never giving up hope for justice.
If anyone has even the tiniest piece of information that might help solve this case, I really hope they come forward. His family deserves peace. ?️
