Can anyone shed more light on the Ransom v. Arkansas Department of Human Services case in relation to Owen Damar Harvey's death? I only found out about the Arkansas Supreme Court's decision focusing on procedural issues like appeal timeliness, but it's hard to connect all the dots since very few details about Owen's actual case seem available. It's incredibly frustrating trying to figure out what happened, especially knowing that his family must be feeling such an unimaginable loss. Given that the records aren't available, does anyone know if there's been any nontraditional investigation started by the community or friends? It feels like something more should be happening to at least get some answers for Owen’s loved ones. Any insight or updates would be much appreciated.
